oUR APPROACH
We started with a comprehensive assessment of the existing conditions, identifying what could be salvaged and what needed to be redone. From there, we worked closely with the homeowner, architect, and inspectors to realign the project with the original vision—only now with the expertise and precision it deserved.
We reimagined the interior layout, removed redundant infrastructure from its multifamily past, and upgraded everything from electrical and plumbing to insulation and finishes. Throughout the process, we maintained clear communication with Matt and ensured every detail met both modern standards and his personal design goals.
