PROJECT OVERVIEW

At 14 Main Street in Park Ridge, BJB Partners undertook a major reconversion of a former office space into a dynamic, high-end commercial environment. Our team was brought in to execute all interior carpentry and finishing across a sprawling 26,000 sq ft footprint. The project required exceptional precision, adaptability, and coordination to bring a complex, high-value design to life.

tHE CHALLENGE

This was not a cookie-cutter renovation. The design was intricate, with little repetition or standardization, demanding custom solutions and continuous field coordination. Adding to the complexity, our work took place in parallel with numerous other trades operating in the same space—necessitating tight scheduling, clear communication, and constant flexibility.

We managed all aspects of the interior carpentry, including:

• Drywall and painting
• Custom cabinetry and interior trim
