oUR APPROACH
We approached the project with long-term planning in mind. While on-site, our team ran new plumbing and electrical systems in advance—positioning H&A Holdings for smoother, more cost-effective unit renovations down the line. In addition, we installed a brand-new electrical system to bring the property up to modern standards, improving both safety and capacity.
We also addressed critical structural repairs to the building’s existing rear porch, restoring its safety and compliance without compromising access for residents during the process.
