Project Description: Acted as carpentry subcontractor on this $7 million, 26,000-square-foot design/build project that entailed a combination of new construction and remodeling of existing office space. Performed all interior carpentry for the project, including but not limited to the metal framing, interior doors and hardware installations as well as drywall, painting, cabinetry, interior trim, bath accessories, acoustical ceilings, and roof pavers. Work was completed in 6 months at a cost of approximately $1 million, both well within initial project estimates.
