Project Description: Served as General Contractor on a single-family home renovation in the Norwood Park neighborhood in Chicago. The project was a near-full home renovation that included a 1,000 square foot expansion, a complete interior modernization, updated electrical and mechanical systems and new plumbing. Originally a 2-bedroom home, the overall home size was increased from 1,162 to 2,162 square feet including an additional bedroom and a bath and a half-bath.
