Project Description: Served as General Contractor on two 12-unit apartment buildings, one a gut rehab of fire-damaged structure, the other all-new construction. Self-performed all carpentry and related work, including new masonry brick to match existing buildings, new Firestone roof, windows, framing, drywall, painting, flooring and more. The project encompassed approximately 17,500 square feet and was completed in approximately 5 months.
